Advanced training in 3 phases

The PAS programme consists of three phases with consecutive workshops. It is a long-term programme that aims at creating a sustainable change in the educational system.

PAS supports its participants in creating an attitude of mindfulness and kindness (PHASE I), integrating it creativly as a springboard to mindful development into their field of action(PHASE II), and conveying mindfulness to their students in an embodied and creative way (PHASE III).

PHASE I

Starting with yourself,

cultivating an attitude

of mindfulness and self-compassion,

opening yourself

to kindness, joy, serenity and ease.

laying the ground and planting the seed.

The contents of the PAS workshops are based on mindfulness training (Kabat-Zinn), the mindful self-compassion programme MSC (Germer/Neff) and tested, age-appropriate practices for students (Rechtschaffen/Valentin/Willart/Kaltwasser and many more). The support in adjusting the school’s structure is based on the change management method ‘Theory U’ (Scharmer).

PHASE II

creating connection

nourishing individual and collective creativity,

(collectively) developing mindful pedagogic relationships.

The workshops include a variety of didactic methods with art-based elements, which allow for a holistic understanding of the course contents, foster creative potential and promote commitment.

The programme consists of 11 workshops that make up 42 teaching units in total. Additional modules can be booked as elective offers upon agreement.
