Advanced training in 3 phases
The PAS programme consists of three phases with consecutive workshops. It is a long-term programme that aims at creating a sustainable change in the educational system.
PAS supports its participants in creating an attitude of mindfulness and kindness (PHASE I), integrating it creativly as a springboard to mindful development into their field of action(PHASE II), and conveying mindfulness to their students in an embodied and creative way (PHASE III).
PHASE I

cultivating an attitude
of mindfulness and self-compassion,

The contents of the PAS workshops are based on mindfulness training (Kabat-Zinn), the mindful self-compassion programme MSC (Germer/Neff) and tested, age-appropriate practices for students (Rechtschaffen/Valentin/Willart/Kaltwasser and many more). The support in adjusting the school’s structure is based on the change management method ‘Theory U’ (Scharmer).
PHASE II
Strengthening team spirit,
creating connection
nourishing individual and collective creativity,
(collectively) developing mindful pedagogic relationships.
