Target group: individuals working in education

and care, teachers, kindergarteners, leisure

pedagogues, social workers, mediators, workshop

instructors, museum pedagogues, and many more.

PASo takes place in blocked workshops on

3 weekends and includes various additional offers.

• PAScreative for teams and open groups

Group-specific offers to further deepen and

mediate mindfulness, self-compassion and creativity,

art-based mindfulness training and mindfulness-based

art processes as self-awareness, burnout prophylaxis

and inspiration for mediation

PAScreative can be booked internally for your

whole team or externally for individuals who would

like to participate in specific workshops.
